Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During festive seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 5–7 business days.
• Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 business days.
• Remote Locations: 10–12 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible. If accepted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate when placing your order. Narriviyah is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Narriviyah ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
