Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (exception: COD). Narriviyah reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through our authorised payment partners. We do not store your payment or card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays. Narriviyah is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
